TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the shipping information and a link to track it through the delivery company. If this link doesn't work, don't worry. The delivery company takes a few hours to input the tracking information into their systems, so it may take up to 24 hours (up to 48 hours for shipments outside Spain) to be updated.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs this may entail or any increase in the indicated delivery time.

TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are €3.90 to the Peninsula, €5.90 to the Balearic Islands, and €5.90 for shipments outside of Spain, unless special discounts are applied.

The shipping time for your order is from 2 to 7 working days. Once it leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered within 24 hours. This is only applicable to shipments in Spain. For shipments outside Spain, the time will depend on the destination country, as it may go through customs and tariffs that generate some extra time for delivery.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive card of each one of them and include the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax were applicable, this would be indicated.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product send us pictures where the defect is clearly shown to verify it through this form and give you a solution.

 

WRONG ORDER

If you receive your order incorrectly send us an image through this form where you can see everything you have received with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once verified the content.

 

CHANGES IN THE ORDER

If you want to make a change of one of the items you have received, we need you to indicate us through this form the change you are requesting. You must pay 3.90 € for shipping costs (Peninsula) or the corresponding in your geographical area to a standard shipping.

Once we receive your request we will send you a link so you can pay the shipping costs. The same courier who delivers your new order will pick up the old one.

 

EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO SPAIN (EXCEPT CANARY ISLANDS)

If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, we need you to inform us through this form. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to request the exchange. Shipping costs are shared; we cover the cost of sending the replacement, and you cover the return shipping. Once we receive your request via the form, we will send you a link to pay for the return shipping, which costs €3.90. We will send you the new sizes you indicate and collect the old ones, which can be picked up at the same delivery address or another one you provide.

Please note that we can change the size of your items or exchange them for another model, as long as the price is not higher than the price of the item you have since we cannot charge extra for it. If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will issue a refund of the difference.

 

EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, we need you to inform us through this form. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to request the exchange. We will cover the cost of the new shipment with the requested exchange, and the customer will cover the return shipping with the sizes to be exchanged. For this, you can use the transport company that is most convenient for you. Once you proceed with the shipping, you must send us a copy of the proof of shipment so that we can track its arrival at our warehouse and ensure everything is correct.

Please note that we can change the size of your items or exchange them for another model, as long as the price is not higher than the price of the item you have since we cannot charge extra for it. If the exchange is for a lower-priced item, we will issue a refund of the difference.

If you're sending a shipment valued over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO SPAIN (EXCEPT CANARY ISLANDS)

You must access this form to process the return. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request the return of your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will arrange the collection of the package to be returned at your home or at the address you provide, properly prepared for return. The return shipping costs (€3.90) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

To prepare your package, it's enough to wrap it in a courier bag or a well-sealed, sturdy bag. The courier will place the label on the package. Once we receive it and check that it's in good condition, we will proceed to refund the price of the items, deducting the return shipping cost. This refund will be issued in the same form that you used for payment.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
  • Any item for which the return is requested past 30 days from the receipt.

RETURNS FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF SPAIN

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request its return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must access this form to process the return, indicating to us the items you need to return. To manage the return, you must send the package to our warehouse and send us a copy of the proof of shipment to locate the package upon arrival so we can process the return. On the product page you can find the available sizes in the "Size" selector. Below the checkout button, by clicking on "Sizes" you can see the exact dimensions of each size. We show you at the end a screenshot.

Only the available sizes shown in the size selector are available.

Unfortunately there is no standardization in the dimensions of the sizes. That's why we can't give you an exact equivalence.

 

Step 1: Measure yourself

Outline: Measure around the widest part, just below the sleeves, using the measuring tape horizontally.

Measure tall: Measure a t-shirt from the side edge of the collar to the bottom edge of the garment, with the tape vertical.

Step 2: Find your size

We recommend that you measure the garment you like the most in your wardrobe, and choose the size that is closest to these measurements.

Use this table to choose your size. If you hesitate between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit.

PAYMENT METHODS

The only payment methods accepted are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfer.

If you have any problem when finalizing the payment, you can try to access with other devices (PC, mobile, tablet, ...) or with other browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, ...). In case of paying by card, make sure it accepts online purchases and if it is a wallet card that you have at least 1€ more than the amount of the order.

If you still get an error, send us a screenshot so we can see exactly what error you are getting and we can fix it.

RAFFLES AND PROMOTIONS

The commercial sweepstakes and prizes distributed through our social networks are exempt from commercial value and therefore from warranty; if a defect is detected upon receipt, please notify  contact form as soon as possible. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

ABOUT THE MANUFACTURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

In order to make each of the THUNDERNOISE T-shirts, it is necessary the textile, the manipulation, the design and the printing. In each and every part we make sure that all the people involved have a decent salary and conditions.
Handling, design and printing are done in Spain, where we personally verify this fact.
Regarding the textile, it is currently made in Bangladesh. In this sense we are aware that they do not always offer decent wages and working conditions. For this reason we only work with suppliers who assure us and certify that they offer decent wages and working conditions, specifically:
  • Freedom of choice of employment
  • Freedom of association and organization among workers.
  • Freedom of collective bargaining.
  • Absence of discrimination, especially of gender and ethnicity.
  • Absence of child labour.
  • Decent wage conditions.
  • Decent and responsible working day.
  • Safe and healthy working conditions.
  • Right to an employment contract.
  • Anti-corruption.
  • Protection of the environment and surroundings throughout the production chain.
  • Products that are safe for health and the environment (do not contain substances that are harmful to health and the environment).
